This Position:

We are interested in Preschool Assistant Teachers with a minimum of a Preschool Child Development Associate OR actively enrolled in a program leading to an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development OR enrolled in a CDA program to be completed within two years of hire (YIN will pay for it!).

We're looking for someone with one or more years' experience working in a Head Start Program or a licensed community childcare program. This position will work at Harvest Ridge Elementary within the Francis Howell School District. Being bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.

Ability to be CPR certified and Driver's License are required.

This is an hourly position with starting pay depending upon qualifications:

  • $15.50: High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • $16: CDA (Youth In Need will pay for and help you obtain)
  • $17.43: Associate's Degree (must be Early Childhood or related field)
  • $19.76: Bachelor's Degree (must be Early Childhood or related field)
