As the Associate Director over our Transitional Living Group Home in St. Charles, you will oversee the development and operations of the Group Home and of the programs provided to Runaway/Homeless Youth. You will work in conjunction with the Director to oversee the operations, while ensuring quality and compliance of all funding requirements. You will provide leadership development for RHY staff and ensure that clinical services provided to our youth are high quality and in line with Youth In Need's values and philosophy.

This Position:

  • We are interested in an Associate Director with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or related, or a combination of education and experience equal to four years.
  • You must be familiar with at-risk youth behaviors/barriers, have knowledge of the St. Charles area/neighborhoods and available services.
  • Supervisory experience and experience working with at-risk youth required.
  • Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.

This is a salaried position, starting at $59,000 / year.
