As the Clinical and Quality Services Director, you will oversee clinical services and quality in the counseling program, ensuring the professional mental health services provided to clients are high caliber and in compliance with best practice.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position:

You will need to have a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field) and have LPC, LCSW or LMFT licensure. The ability to provide licensure supervision for assigned staff is required. We are looking for someone with at least five years of counseling and clinical experience providing individual, family, and group counseling. Experience providing clinical supervision is preferred. You need to possess strong skills around data management and analysis.

This is a salaried position starting at $60,000. This position is hybrid--working at home and working at a YIN site are to be expected.

The ability to be CPR certified and a driver's license are required.
