Day Program Case Manager

As a Case Manager in our Day Program, you will assist youth by collaborating with internal and external partners for care and development of overall well-being. You'll support youth by teaching them the necessary skills for long-term independence! You will also supervise some Youth Development Specialists.

This Position:

We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology.

We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and has knowledge of how to access community resources. Experience in management or as a supervisor is preferred.

Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License is required.

This is an hourly position starting at $19.12.
