Development Services Manager

As the Development Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the Development and Marketing Department's volunteer and in-kind donation program. You will work to develop strategic partnerships and relationships with a portfolio of organizations and individuals contributing to Youth In Need through in-kind giving and volunteering. You will work to strengthen the solicitation and stewardship efforts of the Development Department.

This Position:

We are interested in a Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in social work, public policy, psychology, communication or related, OR high school diploma and 4 years' experience OR experience equal to the above. 2-3 years experience in the nonprofit sector preferred.

A valid driver's license - or the ability to obtain one - is required, as is the ability to travel locally. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. in order to carry supplies and donations.

This is an hourly position, starting at $22.88/hour.
