Family Service Manager

As a Family Service Manager, you'll ensure that we are delivering high-quality family engagement services to the children and families we serve. You'll work to cultivate partnerships with other organizations in the community and ensure that children and families we serve are receiving wraparound services. You'll coach and guide the Family Service Team to create lasting partnerships with parents to assist them in developing and utilizing their strengths in order to meet and surpass their goals.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position:

We are interested in a Family Service Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field, OR High School Diploma and four years' experience in human services, OR a combination of education and experience equal to above.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years experience working with children (birth-5) and management experience. Experience with Head Start Performance Standards, Missouri Licensing Regulations, Infant/Toddler Responsive Care, Family Development, and Creative Curriculum preferred.

Ability to be CPR certified and Driver's License are required.

This is a salaried position with pay starting at $44,483/year.
