As a Foster Care Lead Supervisor, you'll oversee the development and daily operations of the Foster Care Program. Our Foster Care program operates within a consortium called Children's Permanency Partnership with Epworth and Family Forward. You will work with your team of Associate Supervisors to provide ongoing support, training and development to our Foster Care Case Managers to ensure high quality services are being delivered to our clients.

This Position:

We are interested in an Lead Supervisor with a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, such as Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc.

You must have previous foster care/adoption supervisory experience. We are looking for someone with knowledge of crisis intervention, family therapy, community resource mobilization/coordination, and child abuse/neglect prevention and treatment.

This is a salaried position starting at $60,000.
