As a Safe Place Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the Safe Place Program at Youth In Need. Our Safe Place Program recruits and educates local businesses to serve as sites that can receive youth in unsafe situations and contact the designated helpline. (For more information about the program, check out our website.) You will schedule and implement prevention and trainings to school-aged youth and community groups. You will work with local businesses to enroll them as Safe Place sites throughout the region.

This Position:

We are interested in a Safe Place Coordinator with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology or related.

We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and who is familiar with the streets and neighborhoods throughout the St. Louis region.

Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.

This is an hourly position, starting at $21.00/hour.
