As a Senior Inclusion/Equity Advisor, you will lead and support Youth In Need's racial equity, diversity and inclusion organizational initiatives, striving to center and be accountable to underrepresented communities.

Our Company:

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position:

We are interested in Senior Advisors with a Bachelor's Degree or related experience working in a non-profit setting with significant personal and/or professional experience working towards racial equity.

We're looking for someone with knowledge of the experiences of individuals who have targeted identities. You must have professional experience instituting systemic change.

This is a salaried position, with pay ranging between $45,000-$73,000, depending upon qualifications and experience. We are open to full-time AND part-time candidates!
