As a Case Manager in our Transitional Living Program, you'll assist youth in becoming productive members of society by collaborating with internal and external partners for care and development of overall wellbeing. You'll teach youth the necessary skills for long term independence.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position:

We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, OR a High School Diploma/equivalent and four years' experience, OR a combination of education and experience equal to the above.

Ability to be CPR certified and ability to obtain a Class E Driver's License is required. We are looking for someone with the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of traditional work hours to accommodate the needs and schedules of our youth.

This is an hourly position with starting pay at $19/hour.
